display cases Maintenance experience
Method of measuring the compressor inlet voltage Open the compressor accessory box, place the multimeter in the AC 220V block, and the red and black test leads respectively touch the inlet terminals of the overload protector and start Adapter incoming terminal. If the multimeter reads about 220V, it means that the compressor has introduced normal working voltage, and the compressor does not operate because of the overload protector, starter, and compressor: if the multimeter reads OV, it means that the display cases have not introduced operating voltage, and the fault lies in the power supply. Circuits, including temperature controllers, power cords for display cases, etc.
Refrigeration system maintenance experience The refrigeration system is a closed loop formed by the end-to-end connection of the compressor, anti-dew pipe (some models do not), condenser, filter drier, capillary tube, and upper and lower evaporators. There is no refrigerant or blockage in the system, and the compressor is not exhausted, which will cause the compressor to run without cooling; any part of the system leaks and the compressor's poor exhaust performance will cause poor cooling or even non-stop. However, each device cannot be inspected one by one during maintenance, nor can it be disconnected when the weld is seen. In addition, the evaporator and capillary tube are set in the
display cases, which can neither be seen nor touched, and cannot be removed for inspection. Therefore, the maintenance of the refrigeration system is mainly based on the external performance, preliminary judgment of the fault category, and then purposefully cut the compressor process tube or capillary tube to deflate to confirm the fault. In other words, 80% of the diagnosis of the refrigeration system of the display cases is performed by watching, listening, and touching, and 20% of the diagnosis is performed by opening the refrigeration system to vent, suppress, and blow through. When overhauling, follow the sequence of : one minute, two listening, three watching, four touching, five playing, six testing .
