The refrigeration cycle of display cases includes four processes of throttling, evaporation, compression and condensation. The evaporator, four compressors, condenser and throttle valve are the four essential basic components of a vapor compression refrigeration system.
(1) display cases Evaporation process. The evaporation process is carried out in the evaporator. The liquid refrigerant absorbs heat when evaporating in the evaporator, so that the temperature of the surrounding medium is reduced or kept at a certain low temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of refrigeration. The cooling capacity of the evaporator mainly depends on the amount of liquid refrigerant evaporated in the evaporator. When the gaseous refrigerant flows through the evaporator, there is no phase change and no refrigeration effect. Therefore, the throttling vaporization effect of the capillary tube should be restricted, so that the refrigerant flowing into the evaporator must be a liquid refrigerant. In addition, the lower the evaporation temperature, the corresponding cooling capacity is also slightly reduced. And it will increase the power consumption of the display cases compressor, and decrease the refrigeration coefficient of the cycle.
(2) Compression process. The compression process is carried out in the compressor, which is a step-up process. The compressor compresses the low-pressure refrigerant vapor flowing out of the evaporator to increase the pressure of the vapor to the condensation pressure corresponding to the condensation temperature, thereby ensuring that the refrigerant vapor can be condensed and liquefied at room temperature. After the refrigerant is compressed by the compressor, the temperature also rises.
(3) display cases Condensation process. The condensation process is carried out in the condenser, which is a constant pressure exothermic process. In order to allow the refrigerant vapor to be used repeatedly, the refrigerant vapor flowing out of the evaporator needs to be condensed and reduced to a liquid state to release heat to the environment. The
condenser can be divided into cooling section and condensing section according to the working process. Near the entrance of the condenser is the cooling section. The superheated vapor of the high-temperature refrigerant passes through the metal coils and fins of the condenser to transfer heat to the surrounding air and cools down to become saturated vapor. Near the outlet of the condenser is the condensation section, where the refrigerant is condensed from saturated vapor to saturated liquid, releasing latent heat and transferring it to the surrounding air.
(4) Throttling process. The throttle valve of display cases is a thin and long capillary tube. Since the condensing temperature and condensing pressure of the liquid refrigerant obtained by the condensation of the display cases are higher than the evaporating temperature and the evaporating pressure, it needs to be reduced in pressure and temperature before entering the evaporator. When the liquid refrigerant passes through the capillary tube, the pressure is reduced due to the flow resistance, accompanied by a certain degree of heat dissipation and a little vaporization, so the throttling process is a process of reducing pressure and temperature. The greater the amount of refrigerant in throttling vaporization, the less the cooling capacity in the evaporator, so throttling vaporization must be reduced.
2. Regenerative refrigeration cycle
isIn order to limit throttling vaporization, the liquid refrigerant from the condenser of the display cases should be further cooled to make it supercool. In order to prevent liquid hammer, the gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat and increases temperature before entering the compressor, turning it into superheated vapor. For this reason, a heat exchanger is added to the circulation pipeline to make the liquid refrigerant with a higher temperature flowing out of the condenser exchange heat with the gas refrigerant with a lower temperature flowing out of the evaporator, so that the liquid refrigerant is supercooled , The gaseous refrigerant is overheated, this process is called regenerative refrigeration cycle.
Adopting the regenerative refrigeration cycle can not only improve the performance of the system and make the refrigeration cycle run normally, but also recover part of the heat of the condenser and improve the efficiency of the system.
