2) disinfectant There are several methods for disinfection inside the cabinet.

(3) lactic acid disinfection. Each cubic meter of cabinet space needs 3 to 5 mL of crude lactic acid, add 1 to 2 parts of water to each part of lactic acid, put it in a porcelain dish, heat it on an alcohol lamp, and close the door for a few hours for disinfection.
(4) formalin disinfection. If the cabinet temperature is above 20℃, 3%~5% formaldehyde can be used for disinfection (that is, 7.5%~12.5% formalin solution), and 0.05~0.06kg per cubic meter of space can be sprayed. Spray in the low temperature cabinet,The effect is poor. 3) Disinfection and painting methods Before disinfecting and painting the cabinet, all the food in the supermarket
refrigerated showcase should be withdrawn, and the dirt on the floor, wall and ceiling should be removed. Where mold is found, it should be carefully removed with a spatula or brush. In the low-temperature cabinet, remove the frost on the top of the wall and the pipe. If necessary, raise the cabinet temperature to positive temperature. It can be painted with a brush in the positive temperature cabinet, and can be sprayed with a fine sprayer when the temperature is negative. 4) Ultraviolet disinfection is generally used for the disinfection of equipment and work clothes such as molds in popsicle workshops. This method is not only simple to operate, cost-saving, but also effective. An ultraviolet light with a power of 1W per cubic meter of space can be used to disinfect the air by irradiating it for an average of 3 hours a day.
